Against the record

Keenon delivery robots (T-series, DINERBOT, XMAN), from Keenon Robotics, is at stage 5 of 5 on our ladder: regulator-cleared or mass market. Cleared where approval applies, or widely sold. The latest milestone on its record is from 18 July 2026: At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, Keenon showed its XMAN-R1 humanoid making drinks with NOWWA Coffee. It said the tasks ran on their own, without remote control.

This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.

From the video's description

For retail spaces such as drugstores, can a cleaning robot truly become a cost-effective solution? That is exactly what this case study video sets out to answer. At 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗸𝗲 in Bayreuth's Riedinger Center, daily cleaning is now entrusted to a 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗡 𝗞𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝟰𝟬—covering everything from the stockroom and offices to the sales floor. What this case study makes clear is compelling: autonomous cleaning is not limited to large buildings. It can also create genuine value in smaller-footprint retail stores. Operational Transformation in this case study: 🔵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: Putting the cost-effectiveness of robotic cleaning to the test in a smaller retail environment. 🔵 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: One C40 moves flexibly between back-of-house and front-of-house, serving the stockroom, office, and sale…
