Self-driving
Robotaxi Tracker, a site that crowdsources sightings of Tesla's robotaxis, counted 397 driverless vehicles in Austin, more than half of them Cybercabs, Electrek reported.
A dated step forward on the record
What the source says
“Austin has since caught up: the tracker now counts 397 driverless vehicles there, more than half of them Cybercabs.”
What it means
Cybercab, from Tesla, is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Its stage is set by other milestones on its record; this one adds to the history.
Human help: The maker hasn't said whether people help it remotely.
